To the fitness enthusiasts of the world:
I would like to know if stretching affects muscle size?
I understand how beneficial stretching can be for safety and health reasons, but beyond that if you lift a lot of free weights and DO NOT stretch vs.
lifting a lot of free weights and DO stretch, which one will allow muscles to grow larger.
Does stretching help muscle growth or stun the bulkyness?
