HAARP!!! Blowing out the atmosphere!!!

Haarp arrays are so dangerous they have earthquake sensors connected to the main prossesor,are they worried they might create earthquakes?OR are they making them?If we have global warming why are they blasting the upper atmosphere with millions of watts ,HEATING THE ATMOSPHERE??? I will tell you why THIS is the convegence of all millitary wepons into ONE!!! REMOTE NUROPHONE -PLASMA PROPIGATOR-OVER HORIZON RADAR-GROUND PENITRATING RADAR-WEATHER MODIFICATION WEAPONS !! AND THEY ARE DROOLING ON THEMSELVES TO GET IT DONE BEFORE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE FIND OUT! THEY COULD CAUSE POLAR SHIFTS IN THE RUSH TO TAKE OVER THE ENVIROMENT!!!

Actually this is pretty small on the scale of what HAARP is capable of...

Just as a way of comparison...

Consider that HAARP in Alaska has been monitored with a max output of around 3.2 gigawatts (they claim only a few megawatts max output).... the new facility that is likely online now in an underground facility in Colorado is rumored to exceed 10 gigawatts output....
