Military Excursions into U.S by Mexico

I'll keep it simple:
Fully armed mexican armored vehincles and troops have crossed onto american soil uninvited to escort drug cartels. 118 excursions have been reported by law enforcement. Drug lords pay around 500 Million every year for armed escrt from corrupt genrals and police chiefs. Border agents can not handle this sitution with 9 mm pistols. Who says the national guard doesn't belong on border.




Couldn't find any pictures of the excurions, but mexico does have the armoured vehicle capablity mentioned above.

ummmm dont you think the us wouldn't allow such an insision? do you think the mexican army is willing to goto war with the US over drugs?

AMERIKA has bigger threats to contend with, like those dangerous airliners and trains and iraqis and afgans and all those terrorists flooding into the country via airlines. the tens of thousand illegals flooding across the southern u.s. border are a valuable resource for AMERIKAN business and the mexican 'military' or drug lords are just protecting thier citizens rights to a better life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness...even if it is another country. (tounge firmly implanted in cheek)

i guess i'm the only one that does not understand the thinking of the current govt on this issue....are these reports of occurances just illusions? imagination?

(CNN) -- New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson declared a state of emergency Friday in four counties along the Mexican border that he said have been "devastated" by crimes such as the smuggling of drugs and illegal immigrants.

i guess this does not constitute a problem in the current u.s.govts eyes.....Text WHY!!!!!!I don't understand, it makes no sense.....the only logical why it makes ANY sense, is if there is a allterior motive for letting this happen. wait..we have a benevolent govt, just looking out for the good of its citizenry...they would have an alterior motive...would they?

It is an interesting silent bloody drug war. Newspaper journalists are being threatened and killed, cops are out gunned + killed, some places are turning into ghost towns, or taken controlled of by drug cartels. American hostages in American borders!

Mexico is as close to 3rd world as you can get. Mouthy to. Vincente Fox seems to think his "people" HAVE to be allowed in here. Nothing a giant electric fence couldnt handle.

Its actually an interesting chess piece for this war on terror. They will turn a blind eye toward the border and leave it as is for a false terror attack.

They know whats going on, and they are going to use it to their advantage.

Now what would they do next?

First off i'm anti-washington times, but that story was 3 yers ago, and I had never heard it from anyone else, meaning people I know and of course CNN. So I think its bogus.

However, I am frusterated about the lack of border security, I know its quite abit better know then it was a few years back, but the government needs to put more money into this problem. I would not buy UAV's to fly over the border and look for illegals, I would use Airships, since they can remain in the sky for weeks or months depending on how it was made. But I would have a couple dozen of those on our border, and i would use land mines, in certain areas, not by any towns or city's, but in those large stretches of nothing, meaning the desert, I would have a LARGE section that would save the US money because it wouldn't have to be constanty watched, just make an area like 500 miles long solid with landmines, and make in a half a mile deep, so the odds of them making it are like getting struck by lighting and winning the lotto on the same day.

and where ever they think that the mexico army is helping the drug smugglers, that area should be patroled by the Predator UAV, since it carries a couple hellfire missiles on boards, and if the story is true then take out the mexican military vehicles as well. Its not like Mexico would or could actually do something to the US (militarily speaking).

What's stopping these border states to post their own national guard along the border?

Why does the federal government have to step in?

What is it you think is bogus, This has been going on for about 2 or 3 years, more than 200 people presumed dead or missing. An U.S. Embassy has been caught in the crossfire of it. It has devastated the town of Nuevo Laredo, Texas.

The Drug cartels down there exchange fire with bazookas, grenades and automatic assault rifles. I like to see the Minute Men get involved in this! (instead sitting on there A$$ watching the borders, they need to get into where the real action is at) Hell I would join the Minute Men just to get lick at these bullies.

I saw on loudobbs that the newmexico governor declared a state of emergency with regards to the border problem, claiming drug smuggeling, people smuggeling, kidnapping, and murder. Things are beind done... finally. Just not enough.

Interesting thing is he is a hispanic governor.

The National Guard is under State control, so there is nothing preventing the individual state governement from using them to partol the borders. If they aren't, then that means the STATE must not think it's much of a problem. The only time the Fed gov't has control the the NG is when there is a Federal call up or disaster. I say let the states give them ammunition and start conducting "live fire training exercises" along the border, and see if this is true, and how long it lasts.

You cant diss the Minute Men, yeah they have a dont kill people policy, but at least there doing something. I dont live on a border state, but if I did I would deffinatly find time to ride my 4-wheeler near the border...and i would have my shotgun on board. I dont think I would need to kill anyone, I think firing a shot 10 feet from them should send em' a message.

There were mexican military who were originally first order to go after the drug cartels however, they were corrupted by the drug cartels so they are on their side.

And of course, I am also upset about the non-sense going on at the border.

I can verify that Mexican Federales and Military personnel are involved in drug trafficing across the border at all points. What is really needed is to declare a real war against drugs and execute all the people involved, including the ones that are already in prison. Automatic death sentence, nothing is more effective than that.

So why do you think Vicente Fox is under such illusions? It couldnt be the current gov, could it? How come our tough as nails government doesnt do anything to close the borders? Yet you people back him up and when you speak of terrorism you all rant about what should be done? I say the comander in chief has the responsibility to protect us and the darn borders How about HIM taking responsibility for this?
