Interesting Idea

I heard someone talk about a radical solution to the terrorist threat. This individual began by stating that most of the terrorist regimes are funded by stock piles of opium reserves. He suggested that there were at least two full years of funding for these groups, based only upon this drug trade.

In this unusual time, his suggestion was to continue and promote human freedom throughout the world by legalizing these substances. Doing so will only take the power these individuals wield away from them.

I’m only curious to what you may think of such a suggestion, and I can respect the “Outside the Box” approach to this one.
