I like my Comcast Broadband because it's fast. Lately, however, the connection speed has been slower than DSL, although still technically broadband, somewhere between .5 Mbs and 1.5 Mbs. But, this problem has highlighted a problem I have had since signing up with Comcast. The customer service sucks big time. The agents, or executives, as they are called, don't listen, lead you through processes you don't want and then when they screw up your computer, they disavow any responsibility. I spent something on the order of two hours last night trying to get one piece of information and after their instructions screwed up my computer settings, trying to get it fixed to no avail.

Does anyone else have similar experiences with Comcast or any other computer related customer service?
