Experiments were and still are conducted by inducing select assassins-to-be with a beyond state-of-the-art regiment of activities such as simulators of military gunmanship, virtual battlefield environments and video games which contain highly subliminal code. Scientists now know that new age targeteers are able to simultaneously identify and mentally lock onto thousands of visible targets versus old world gunfighters of which the most advanced could identify and lock onto only a handful at once. In addition, in a desperate move to bring about superiority over the Soviet Union and future enemies, the military at the height of the Cold War, physically unleashed various combinations of experimental streams of mind-opening, genetic-modifying, bio -enhancers, energy, audio/visual information and data learning systems, quantum strategic programming modules and other chilling U.S. DSIN forms of subliminal and physical programming and conditioning both direct and indirect. At the same time, countries such as but not limited to Japan, Germany and Russia were letting loose subliminal platforms (Nintendo) of their own to invade U.S. minds versus enhancing active U.S. neural-tactical training programs already in place. If it can still be obtained, you might die from shock alone to see an archive of the episode in which COBRA used, believe it or not, subliminal television programming to put entire sectors of human populations to sleep. It also will be mortifying for you to find out that the producers use characters in the show to break down and explain the whole science of the enormous power of suggestion and evil.
