Starting a UFO reporting and tracking firm

So I have decided to start a pratice here in my home town that will record any ufo/paranormal activity. Since there is nothing in this state what so ever for this sort of thing I thought it would b a good idea. So I am going to be placing ads in local newspaper about it. I am looking for some good ideas to get this off the ground.

Contact your local laws enforcement offices and TV and radio stations.

Tell them of your plans and they will refer reports to you.
