Joint multi purpose helicopter?

Has anybody have any info on this project? I heart that it was suppose to replace the commanche, I just can't find the article were it said that. And I looked on the internet and have not found anything.

First time hearing about it for me.. i did some searching and found some info there is no such helicopter yet but they are thinking about making a future design of a "multi purpose helicopter".

"Not all of the approximately $6.9 billion invested in the 20-year-old Comanche program will be a loss. Technologies learned during the development of the helicopter will be added to the Army's technology base for use in future aviation programs, perhaps the Joint Multi-Purpose Helicopter or Joint Cargo Aircraft, Brownlee said."

No problem, i did a google search on what you asked for and threw in comanche and it popped up there were other sites but i chose the army one because its credible so there you go

I thought it was a 20 ton lift replacement for Chinook and Pave Low
