meaning of area 51

Hi, a friend of mine said he knew someone who worked for the government. He said that the person said that Area 51 stands for a 51st state. His friend also said that they have MIB that try to stop people from talking about UFOs.

The numbering system at the Nevada Test Site is not a "fallout grid." Various work areas were assigned random numbers. Area 51 is due east of Area 15. Area 13 is northwest of Area 51, but rarely appears on any maps except documentation of Project 57 (a weapons safety experiment). There is no order or logic to the numbers.
