Isreal fights Jewish extremists!

For the past month Isreal and been fighting with Jewish extremists over the planned movment of all Jewish settlers out of the Gaza Strip.

This is an interesting twist on terrorism!

If those extremists want to remain in Gaza after Israel pulls out so be it. Let 'em stay and leave it to the Palestinian Security Forces to deport them.

Very true, but I feel that would only create more violence.

Well things are defineatly changing in Israel, for the better? who knows?
Still though a step in the right direction.

How would you guys in the US feel if the native Indians reclaimed there given land and huddled the current population in one state and then build massive walls around that area to keep you like prisoners in your own land ? after generations of people have been rasied and lived there lives on that land ? Well this is execatly what Jewish people have done in Palestine.

Okay, but this thread is just about the fighting between Jewish extremists and Isreal.

Hopefully Israel is waking up to the fact that its security policy is being driven by these right-wing fundamentalist immigrant settlers.

They've arrived from countries where they've been oppressed Russia etc(bringing inherent racism with them) etc so the first thing they do is go and oppress someone else - ideally someone brown with lots of land!

They are 70% of the problem - just as bad as fundamentalist islamic terrorist groups - nutters with weapons, attitude and a book of 'the truth'.

It's a step, 20 years too late and only in Gaza but it's a step

Yes this is a step in the right direction for Israel, these right wing extremists are no better than the Islamic extremists and they should be treated just the same.
