I guess they are trying to build something for crowd control. I just think its too big and constrict it should be smaller and more maneuverable.

Nothing replaces an MPG-120 for crowd control. IMO

The spray does not have to be dead center on your face......just a mist will be enough for most people. Maybe it's just to get an an area of people and spray....doe'nt have to be accurate.

omg... no... no this isnt happening... first the new pain ray... and now this...
i cant join angry mobs or angry protestors anymore... no more chaos on the streets...
