Welcome to ATS. By the way how do you do those avatar things?!

You have to find an avatar on a website that u like. Then all u have to do is edit your profile and put in the shorcut to the avatar ( field is called avatar url ) and it should appear.
To find some avatars click on someone's and check out the properties. It should show u the web site where it came from.
