looks like the larger desk top version...
round eyes right?

yep... mexico... $7.50 from a street side vendor..
or $15-$20 in the states...

the quality looked a little better than the ones I saw, but then, we didn't get to pick ours, we bought them in bulk... you get some good some bad.

I might be wrong about mexico.. I beleive they also made them in peru or brazil...
