Not on the same SN. If this is a problem with vote spamming, we will have all vote IPs scanned, and if a number of votes come from one IP, there is a good likelihood of that IP being banned.

I personally saw the vote talley being manipulated. This vote is null and void. The IP address will be identified and I will push for the offender to be permanently banned from ATS

Well then i'll say it here. If it was one of your friends, or the ip matches one of the people that voted for you, you get banned for good. ATS will be a bettter place.
