StormyD Accused of Falsification of Business Records to Hide Money From Trump

Ironic isn't it?

Michael Avenatti, Stormy Daniels' former creepy porn lawyer, is accusing Ms. Daniels of a conspiracy to hide large sums of money that she has been court ordered to pay to Donald Trump.


THE CALL:

Avenatti stated he was called by a producer named Sarah Gibson, who was doing a documentary on Stormy Daniels.

Ms. Gibson called to see if Avenatti would be interested in participating.

Avenatti asked if Stormy was to be paid for this documentary.

Gibson said that Daniels would be paid because she owed Trump hundreds of thousands of dollars from a judgement that Trump and his lawyers were trying to collect.

Gibson said that she, Daniels and others had come up with a plan that would secretly pay Stormy, while hiding the income from Trump and his attorneys.


THE PLAN:

Avenatti said that Ms. Gibson told him that she and others had set up a plan to "fictionally option" the rights to Stormy's book and then route the payments through a fabricated 'Trust'...which is set up in the name of Stormy Daniels' daughter.

AGAIN...THIS all done in order for Stormy to be able to hide funds that she had been court ordered to pay Donald Trump, and his lawyers.

Throughout his statement, Avenatti consistently reminds us that this conversation with Producer, Sarah Gibson has been recorded.

Speaks to Stormy's credibility as a witness...and that she is testifying to charges of criminal acts against others, that she herself is engaging in: 'Fraud and Falsification of Business Records'.

Avenatti has the entire recording of the phone call.
He gives the exact timestamp of the call: June 25, 2023 12:09 pm. (PT).

So he is prepared to have someone try to tell him he's lying.

Daniels confirms she owes Trump $560,000 in legal fees

Trump attorney Susan Necheles re-asks the question confirming Stormy Daniels owes the former president about $560,000 in legal fees.

And she says that in California there is a 10% interest that accrues.

"You didn’t take any money out of your pocket and pay it to President Trump, did you?" Necheles asks. "No," Daniels says
"You have money right?" Necheles asks.

"We all have money," Daniels says.

"You're choosing not to pay President Trump, right," the attorney asks.

Daniels concedes, "I've chosen not to pay while it's still pending, yes."

Trump's law team is definitely going to want to explore this.
Seems they have two more new avenues to explore now...either Avenatti, himself...or, more likely, Sarah Gibson the producer.

Trump has an affair with Stormy then Stormy ( doing something illegal by blackmailing him) blackmails him which he pays to keep his reputation up. Now Trump should not be charged with a crime, the blackmailer should be put in prison. This sets precedence, now if you get blackmailed in the USA for doing something you can loose everything if you pay the blackmail...so now, it is a lose lose situation for everyone. How many people pay someone hush money so they do not have their spouse find out they had an affair? I suppose now if your kid is kidnapped, they will put you on trial if you pay the kidnappers to get your kid back....

Criminals in this country these days have more rights than the honest people thanks to the liberals and Democrats trying to get the criminals votes.
