new body armor for our troops

Until we figure out a way to efficiently power a LASER/Gauss portable weapon I don't think they'll be Man Portable for a while.

As has always been the deficiency of high-out put energy weapons and still are, is the power supply.

I believe the reason they don't allow Dragonskin is because the interceptor is guaranteed by the government and fully backed by the Army. Now I think we can all see past that and recognize what's really going on.
