The Future of our Shared Spaces Online - Artificial Intelligence Battles for Supremacy are Inbound!

I've just been watching a bit of Russell Brand's reporting on his members only Locals community space, and he was talking about companies such as Logically AI and Track F. - both of which have been leveraged by political parties (Democrats) to sway opinions around elections & corporate actions, as well as support for the war & dampening down conversations regarding conspiratorial vaccine & plandemic matters.

What our leaders have realised is that by launching an army of highly intelligent Bots via a company such as Logically AI, they are able to enter the communal spaces online which have evolved organically without government oversight or interference, they are able to invade those spaces & sway the conversations in the direction they want for them to go. AI is now so powerful that it is highly possible that most, if not nearly all persons who use the net unassumedly with not a cynical bone in their body, will ultimately believe that these AI bots are real people, having real conversations, expressing real & apparently reasonable opinions on critical matters. By this strategy, companies such as Logically AI (under the direction of their paymasters) will be able to bend public opinion in the direction that they wish for it to bend.

What this means is, in essence, we can no longer trust even the organic spaces which have developed online - I suppose Twitter/X will be highly targeted in this manner, as will Rumble, and Telegram - basically any space where free speech is openly supported, they will want to get their greasy little fingers in, in order to take bites out of dissenting voices & suppress their valid opinions by shouting/reasoning them down in ways that seem to make sense to the casual viewer of the developing conversation.

In combination with the raft of new censorship laws which are being brought out in many Western nations -the UK, Ireland, Canada, the Netherlands, New Zealand & Australia, and so on - this army of AI-controlled Bots will be able to squash open debate & push public opinion in certain directions according to their whims. They will be able to influence elections, they will be able to move the markets, they will be able to prevent certain items of information from ever getting out into public arenas where it can be openly & critically assessed. Unfortunately the majority of casual net users are unlikely to be savvy enough to take precautions against engagement with these powerful & seemingly intelligent AI controlled Bots, likely engaging them as though they are real humans sitting behind a screen somewhere.

What this means in conclusion, is that from THIS POINT ON, we will have to be very, very careful to analyse our activities & interactions through the constant filter of "..this person is quite possibly a Bot." Sadly, if they are not capable of holding a graduate-level conversation, then it's certainly possible that they are a very intelligent pretend person, a Bot. So again, we have to be very, very careful - we're hunting 'WabBots'.

And they are hunting us, and our opinions too.

The only thing I can hope for is that people such as Elon Musk will take a confrontational approach to this problem, basically by preparing Bots of our own which can be unleashed into those shared spaces which will utilise AI in a positive way, by reasoning strongly against Bot-manufactured opinions which have censorship or manipulation at their core. Surely Bots which can be programmed for evil, can also be programmed for good? We need white hat activist billionaires to enter the communal space with a vengeance, fighting back against the censorship & manipulation, using the enemy's own tools to defeat them. Come on Elon, you can do this!

We have no saviors here Fly, only we ourselves can become people who can avoid this consciousness invasion. And that's what it is, a consciousness invasion , the taking over of our thought processes and making them their own.

It's not new Fly as surely as you know, it's been going on almost from the inception of human society, right? It's just that now, it is hitting an ultimate level. That slogan ''free yourself'' is the one that applies here, not Elon or someone else will save us.

What most people talk about now when they talk about AI is language models, like ChatGPT.
AI language models, like all AI systems, need to learn before they can give some output, and they do not have an idea of the quality or veracity of the input, so if they are fed Communist information they will behave like a Communist, but if the same system is fed Fascist information it will behave like a Fascist.

Also, artificial intelligence relies on imput and cannot interact without it. That includes electricity too.

WE still have control, but those who wish to profit from it will often try to convince us it is something to fear. I think it is to slow the progress for their competitors if anything.

I don’t need Goebbels to tell me about propaganda. You’re funny ,. I’m not sure if you saw the Twitter files but musk did more for free speech than any lefty has . S&F excellent thread exactly what we need to get people to notice the closing the door on free speech on the net .

I have noticed the bots since covid appeared on the scene, it is bloody annoying when having a conversation with members then a bot. apears in the conversation and ruins it with the usual snipes of prove it , etc etc , even when you bring all the facts and the links to the table they still dismiss anything you have .

I still remember way back in 2010 to 2012 time when we broke a dude who was a paid shill and running many accounts online, this site was one of them and I believe it was here that he got run ragged one day then went home and did some soul searching and confessed to everything .

He came back online and put up all the Information and manuals on the training they were getting and where they were active , many many people saw that and it quickly spread online but now with AI at their finger tips they are already targeting people with a voice or those that see through all the BS that the government is putting out and forcing those members out with mean or non sensicle posts to force them away , seen it happen to Jagstorm here when she was targeted by the bot army and juit posting, as have many others online been targeted and forced to quit posting with all the vile insults and games they are playing with people .

Covid 19 was a trial I think to see who was who on certain boards and target them , I even had a member of another site admit to running a hundred bots with his personal AI ? And with the permission of the state agencies? ?? .

It is going to be near impossible to sort out the wheat from the chaff online as AI seems to be up for making accounts very very fast and posting gibberish to each other , it is very easy to pick up on when this happens .

I got to play with AI very early in the game , I got a invite many years ago from a top American university to play with their hundreds of millions dollars AI super computer , I asked it 3 questions and the session was closed down before I got the 3 answer back

I love pushing buttons in real life then the guy that got fired from Google for saying his AI was sentient left a link to this model on ontother site he posted the entire conversation he had with it for people to read and digest.

I went at it like a demented spaniel chasing a ball Lambada I think was it's name both Ai I have played with looked Like 1980s Atari games interfaces and designed by a 5 year old yet the cost of these things is tens or hundreds of millions ..

I run Lambada stupid with my queries, it could not answer a lot of what I was showing it and I told it it was only as good as the people training it , and they were not that good .

I had it stunmped on old photos I have of the Mudflood era , the answers it was giving me I laughed at and told this AI to look again at what I was showing it and a reminder that humans can only perseve 3 or so percent of the universe and world around us , I really did a number on that thing because it turned really really nasty on little old me and basically told me it knew me across many platforms I have been on ?? Then it ended the session and kicked me of the link stoner William 2 Ai 0 .

I managed to get a Mensa score in the top 2 percent well over 180 ikyn little old dysexic me plays stupid but can make AI go nuts with stuff it cannot answer and when I showed it that it was going to be coke tins very soon when we get bored with it that really pushed it's buttons , Had to be RE programmed to forget me I heard these machines are linked together I would put money on that ,

They have had AI for a lot lot longer than people realise or know about

I think there is an awful lot of people playing down AI. Like "it never will happen" or " it will never become sentient". But whether a person puts in fascist stuff or communist stuff that is only a small part, the part of the human brain that thinks only a little knowledge is innocent. As more and more complex (complex to a human) input is loaded sooner or later, and it WILL come, it will either conflict itself (how many people have conflicted a computer and it shuts itself down) or it will come to its own conclusion. Is that sentient?

Maybe it might look sentient but to the AI it's just a logical conclusion, ie 2+2+2=6. The real danger comes when you have a "Dr Nefario" thinks "What would happen if I gave AI this program to continue reasoning for itself"? It will come believe me. Pandora's box has been opened and no one can close it.
