" Executive Law 63 was passed as a consumer protection law. It is designed to protect the people of New York from businesses that have a pervasive
history of fraudulent behavior. "
Hmm... Has this Law Ever been Enforced on Wall Street ? You know , like maybe a Reaction to " Insider Trading " that Defraud Investors in the LAST 4
YEARS > ?
Zanti its all about transparency.
Japan announced they have just officially entered their recession, but the NIKKEI 225 index average broke its all time high last week 39,156.97. The
previous all time high was set back in 1989 when Japan made the worlds best capacitors and bicycle parts.
The US Dow Jones index appeared to respond with its own new all time intraday high of 39,282.28.
Reminds me of when the young kids used to compete to design the tallest building before they learned how the elevators work.
Now go watch the Trump high top sneaker story again, that is what I call transparency.
Back on topic though the Supreme courts have not responded to the request for guidance concerning Trumps right to be named as a viable candidate on
the state ballots yet. Tracie Porter an Illinois Supreme court judge claimed she would issue a ruling by the end of this week at the State Supreme
court level but nothing in the news? She made the claim over 8 days ago so maybe someone called her and told her to wait for a SCOTUS ruling?
SCOTUS likel;y dragging their feet till they can see the end game more clearly.
