abcnews.go.com...

New York Attorney General Letitia James, in a written brief filed a week before closing arguments in her civil fraud trial against former President Donald Trump, has asked the judge in the case to fine Trump over $370 million to disgorge profits from what James says is a decade of fraudulent business conduct.

James also requested that Trump and his two former deputies at the Trump Organization, Allen Weisselberg and Jeffrey McConney, barred for life from participating in the New York real estate industry.

I am not sure why she stopped at $370 mil, he has more than that. She could have asked for all of it. She has just as much chance of getting that, as she does his $370 mil. This laughable idiot along with her crack head judge have made themselves a laughing stock in the legal world. But it's more than likely Trump will win on appeal. I just hope he can sue for legal fees and make James pay him.

nypost.com...

New York real estate developers slammed the judge who stripped Donald Trump of his business empire for allegedly inflating the prices of his properties — with some predicting the decision will be overturned on appeal.

Justice Arthur Engoron issued a summary judgment last month calling for a receiver and the canceling of the Trump Organization’s business certificates after state Attorney General Letitia James filed a $250 million civil fraud lawsuit against the former president.

His ruling was temporarily paused by an appeals court at the start of trial, which continued this week.

“I don’t think Trump will lose his properties or his business licenses because of one eccentric judge making a decision on his own. I think [the decision] will be reversed on appeal, but I could be wrong,” one major real estate player said.

Time will tell on this one, but it's just one of many attacks on Trump, and while others would fold up or cave in, he seems to enjoy the challenge and playing the game. Perhaps it gives him something to do. But it is fun watching democrats selling their souls and integrity in real time for all to watch. And that includes the idiots who cheer this on.

Given the antics and activities of the judge, can you blame her?

I mean, when the judiciary is telling you in no certain terms that they will sign that blank check, wouldn't you pad it too?

Obviously rigged from top to bottom. The players are too "confident" and emboldened.

Who will want to do business in New York after this?

Not a good look when the State is bleeding money.

Trump should just buy New York. Then, heads would really explode!

The best days of Letitia James' life are behind her. From here on, it's physical and mental and financial deterioration for the sick heifer (worst case). At best, she jumps off the Empire State Building LIVE on Youtube!

Over on Truth Social, we're putting together a system to replace most of the money Trump will be forced to pay, and the fun part, keep +$500 million from the State of New York in 2025.

You do realize that the major cities are mostly Blue and have the higher level of educated people, right?

Let's look at the Red States in comparison.

Higher levels of education doesn't equal a higher IQ.

Can you tell me how much food cities produce?

Higher education has nothing to do with higher IQ. I have met many that would qualify by testing out for a doctorate in stupidity even though they have a college education.

Here we go again with the "Liberals are smarter and more educated than Conservatives". This gets so old...

Worst cities HS graduation percentage. NYC is like 81%

1. Detroit, Michigan

Detroit has the lowest graduation rate in the country, with only 77.8% of high school students graduating in 2020.

2. Indianapolis, Indiana

Only 79% of high school students graduated in Indianapolis in 2020.

The reason big cities have college grads is because of work. Seattle is the highest at 60% thanks to Boeing... Liberal city, but a ton of people working for Boeing are not liberal. 18 out of the top 25 cities with the highest percentage of the poor are liberal, and they sure do not have college degrees.

For a tin foil (spoiler alert) twist to your assertions.

Have a gander and something called "Grading inflation/deflation."

Why are not all those college professors millionaires in the real world? They talk the talk, but cannot walk the walk...

People in my son's engineering classes would cheer for a C many times. He was in one class that started with 87 and ended with 4. His typical study per night was 6 hours and he did massive amounts on the weekend to "catch up".

The other issue is how many people have totally crap degrees that do not align with anything in the business world. We also see that people are going to college for longer periods, close to 40% are well past 6 years. A lot of liberals are going to college for extended periods and come out with nothing to help them in life and sit on a big student loan debt, that isn't too smart, now is it. Both of my Conservative kids went into STEM and ended up with ZERO college debt. One just finished and the other is in his Junior year right now.

Grade inflation in an easy degree basically means if you are breathing at the end you get it, and still like 40% drop out...lol

you would think with such smart folks there, they could figure out how to keep folks there, and not pay so damn much in taxes. Good thing they are so educated eh?
