Former President Donald Trump's businesses received millions of dollars from foreign entities located in 20 different countries during his presidency, according to a new report released Thursday by Democrats on the House Oversight committee.

The top Democrat on the Oversight Committee, Rep. Jamie Raskin, released the report and provided documents from Trump's former accounting firm that show that 20 governments, including China and Saudi Arabia, paid at least $7.8 million during Trump's presidency to business entities that included Trump International Hotels in Washington, D.C., and Las Vegas, and Trump Towers in New York.

Source

While the House Oversight Committee struggles to find financial ties between Biden and his son's business dealings, a new report reveals that Trump's businesses took in nearly $8 million from foreign governments while Trump was President.

The report goes on to state that Trump's actions violated the foreign emoluments clause.

So, when is Comer going to subpoena the Trumps to give depositions?

Wonder what the payments were for? Maybe he was paid off to close the U.S. Border? Maybe it was to lower taxes on the rich? No! He must have been paid off to cut China's trade deals that benefitted only China?

What could he have possibly been paid for? If it was from a foreign country/entity, it must have been payment to somehow benefit another country and NOT the U.S., right?

Is this like the time Trump did a golden shower with a russian lady, the fakesurrection . Russia russia rusia, or the other billion other attempts to bring trump down?

Is this the same corrupted entities that they said hunter biden laptop and bidens diary was a russia russia russia , or when they said that the SS with numerous intelligence capabilities and cameras were not able to find the coc aine left in the white house? or the same corrupted entity that is holding pedophile ring master in jail and killed another in a locked cell with never holding the pedophiles accountable and hiding hundreds of files and videos of the crimes? Or the same entity that also killed off every other whistle blower that threatened them such as the dc madam or released Sam Bankman-Fried and constantly pushes bs?

Im no trump lover but if so, than trump is clearly innocent as fk and Biden is a crooked mf because clearly the corrupted system protects itself and goes after those that try to expose them.

Go trump, you clearly make a great case for trump.

Sounds like we need a Congressional investigation to get to the bottom of this.

This topic isn't about Comer's fishing expedition to find anything he can to impeach Biden to help Trump's campaign.

This topic is about the documented millions that Trump's businesses received while Trump was President.

Trump divested of his businesses during his term as President.

But you knew that.

"Trump's former accounting firm", not like someone in that position could falsify data to show what they want.....

SCOTUS has already thrown out lawsuits involving this before, what makes people think they won't do it again?

So, I'm reading his various hotels were paid by foreign countries.
Hmmmm, bit of a stretch of my imagination, but $8 million over his 4 year tenure as POTUS is $2 million a year..... not really that much money spread over 20 countries for probably visiting dignateries/visitors to stay in one of the Presidents hotels knowing security would probably be tighter simply be default.

during Trump's presidency to business entities that included Trump International Hotels in Washington, D.C., and Las Vegas, and Trump Towers in New York.

So foreign nationals stayed at his hotels.

...that's what your source is claiming.

While the House Oversight Committee struggles to find financial ties between Biden and his son's business dealings,

Struggle? You mean the constant trail to Joe and companies personal bank accounts?

....k

$2 million a year is certainly much greater than the $4000 loan Hunter paid back that the GOP are trying to impeach Biden over.

You know Biden wasn't in office for any of the payments the GOP are trying to impeach him over, right?

The top Democrat on the Oversight Committee, Rep. Jamie Raskin, released the report...

You mean THIS Jamie Raskin? It's good to see that the people on this committee are nothing short of honest. L O L

Raskin just got called out for lying about a trusted FBI informant’s allegations that Joe Biden accepted a $5 million bribe while serving as vice president.

LINK

So someone lying during a probe about finances and foreign payments was the frontrunner on this....report......on...... foreign payments?

I swear to god, you can't make this up. We live in clown world and we all are getting government makeup applied to us on the daily.

I can't even get into their accusations of the emoluments clause and business vs private, I'm busy laughing waaaayyyyy too hard at this right now.

Gee willikers Clyde. Why is this just now being published? And where's the proof? Or is this just more hearsay and speculation? And did Trump actually get a Dime? 🤣🍄

If you're a government leader, diplomat, or worker visiting the US why would you not stay in a hotel owned by the president of the US?

Since they didn't highlight any details that would actually raise a brow, I am going to assume this is another hit piece with no content. Solely meant to generate a defaming headline.

I don’t see anything alarming with this story, but he didn’t divest from the businesses. Just wanted to point that out. He handed control over, but divesting would imply he sold his ownership which didn’t happen.
