SpaceX to launch Starship Orbital flight test around the World. Starship will launch from its testing site in Boca Chica, Texas on Thursday, April 20. The 62-minute test window will open at 13:28 UTC / 8:28 a.m. CT.
SpaceX's Starship/Super Heavy has been stacked in preparation for the biggest ever test flight. Once airborne, it will become the largest and most powerful rocket ever.
Starship booster landing is expected to splashdown in the Gulf of Mexico about 8 minutes after launch, while Starship spacecraft will splashdown after 90 minutes in Pacific Ocean.

SpaceX call this a rapid unscheduled disassembly. But even though the company wanted this test to go further, they won’t call this a failure.
There were still cheers at SpaceX HQ even when the rocket went up in smoke. The fact that the rocket got off the ground is a start - they’ll assess what went right and what went wrong - and then have another go."
