Was it hit before or after the 41 Marines arrived?

Dang man, we have all this military power, yet we get are butts handed to us by a bunch of little Librarians?(get the joke?)

Well, do the American thing and bomb the hell out of them. If that doesn't work, bomb them some more with bigger bombs. If that doesn't work, declare war and send ground troops over.

Where is the NWO when you need them? Or the alien technology we suppose to have gotten from the aliens(duh, where you get alien technology from if not aliens?)

He who hesitates is Lost.
Our gov. has waited to long to assist Liberia, intentionally or not. Fact of the matter is we can not afford in manpower, weapons, or cash to do anything alone at this time. We can not even rotate our troops out of Iraq The question here should be why did the US supply muslim extremists with the weapons to over throw a dictator wanted for war crimes

Assist Liberia?

They're just trying to have a civil war led by gangs.
If they're military forces can't win then they need to give up.
If you can't win against rebel forces in your country, then you deserve to be overthrown.

Why can'te everyone just fight their own wars?
If more people gave up, there'd be less wars.

All that's happening now is the rebels are going to get the $h!t beaten out of them 'cuz they're killing Americans.

Bush'll probably send in a few more companies, but I doubt there'll be a mass concentration of US forces there.

But if we help Liberia in suippresing civil riots and rebels, what give us justification to help the rebels in other countries like Iraq?

I'd have to agree with Tut on this. if the US was planning on throwing our hats into the ring, it should have been done sooner. now we've got a destroyed embassy on our hands and a bunch of dead marines. this situation is going to get uglier...I fear it'll turn into another Somalia, and for what? I highly doubt military resolve will actually solve any of the unrest in Liberia, and as for finding actual 'terrorists', that's always just a crapshoot.
