If the Democrats held the majority this would not even be an issue. As far as the large crowd, if you mean the 20 people with a sign who all look like the voted for the Democrat, I think he is safe.....

A motion has been filed to have Santos expelled from Congress. The question is whether or not McCarthy will allow it to come up for a vote.
