Our body is a Treasure Map for the Universe.
When you embrace your “Pain Body” with Love, it becomes Steel.
Your pain is not weakness, it is strength. Your scars, both visible and nonvisible, show how much you have endured and how far you have come.
When you see your scars, see them as a testament to your courage and your strength.
Your scars are battle wounds.
You have persevered through so much and rather than letting it destroy you, you ended up deepening your love and compassion for this world.
In the darkness, you found something more precious than you could ever imagine. Something truly holy and divine. You found yourself.
Please cherish yourself and your body. You are incredibly beautiful!
When you look into the Mirror, You are Looking into the Face of God.
For those of us who have struggled with our Weight or Body Image, please know:
The Stretch marks on our Body show all the roads we have traveled.
The Beauty Marks, the Freckles, the Scars, are “Stars” illuminated by our Inner Light.
The Loose Skin around our body represents the lightness of our Wings.
Our body is so Beautiful.
When you honor our Body, your life will be transformed.
Notice that when we raise our arm and hands in Ecstasy, we create the Peace Sign. The “Y.”
When we surrender our body to God and open our Legs with our Arms wide, we create the “X” symbol.
XTC – Means to Surrender to Me. When we surrender to God, we can see.
The Spot in the Middle of the “X” is our Belly Button.
It is our Hardest Button to Button. It needs love too and wants to be stroked.

Notice that the words “Stroke” and “Stork” are very close in spelling, and this relates to the popular saying that “Babies come from Storks.”

As we have discussed, what we have been taught is our third eye, at the top of the pyramid in our forehead, is indeed, our First eye, when it is enlightened with Christ Consciousness.

The horrible things you see in the Media are an Illusion. It is not real. A loving God and compassionate Angels would never allow this travesty to really happen. It is a Nightmare.

I know many of us have suffered deeply and am truly very sorry for the pain you have gone through.
All souls come to Earth by choice and this pain you experienced has brought great wisdom, courage and compassion. If you are reading this, you are here, because you already are an extremely advanced spiritual being, who came to Earth to uplift those around you with your presence.
You do not have to do anything but be you true self. Your “flaws” shape who you are and who you are is Perfect.
The reason why we have negative thoughts is because there is polarity in everything.
For there to be a thought which makes us feel good, within it, is the potential for a thought that makes us feel bad. It is the Yin and Yang.
Even within the worst possible thought, if we apply the light of compassion towards it, we will find love.
Often, the negative thoughts we have arise from movies, books, tv and other comments people have said to us in our life.
Your brain is like a supercomputer, rapidly making associations, that connects and weaves all that is.
When thoughts turn dark, we can spiral through very deep webs of despair.
As Teal Swan explains:
It is impossible not to think a thought once it comes to mind. At that point, the thought is there, and it is too late to stop it.
What we can do is decide how much energy we give this thought that is causing us distress and decide what it means to us.
We think negative thoughts, not because we are bad, but to protect us from harm.
By being aware of the worst possible situation, we can avoid it.
Negative thoughts do not reflect the quality of your heart or your soul. In fact, one could argue that thinking these disturbing thoughts is a testament of your kindness and desire for harmony. By being aware of something, you are no longer ignorant and can avoid whatever is troubling you with greater ease.
Do not resist the thoughts, rather let them pass through your mind like a bubble.
If you engage with them, do so with love and compassion. Sometimes these thoughts indicate a pain that needs to be healed through your attention and awareness.
When you see that life is truly full of love and that everything is here to serve you, your life will become so much more magical and fun!
With great love and affection, we call the part of the brain that thinks unwanted thoughts, our little @sshole.
It creates, processes, and expresses the gold for our soul.
We love our little @sshole because in the right context, the content it creates is hilarious and as you know, laughter is the best medicine for the Soul!
It is truly safe to let yourself feel happy. Your Happiness will never be taken away from you and your joy will only increase as you connect with God more.
God wants us to choose the path of Love and Unity because that is what will bring us the most joy and will honor God the most, but God also wants us to understand all our emotions add colour and spice to life and is what makes the human experience so delicious.
God does not like to be bored and loves to have fun. Boredom is torture for God and that is why she embraces both the dark and the light with love.
Heaven is a Palace in Hell and Hell stands for Helios, our Sun Goddess/God Apollo/Apple.
Notice that when we say “Hello,” we are saying a Greeting. This is God’s secret message to us, to know that we are all “Welcome” in the Kingdom/Queendom of the Sun.

An Angel is the Union of God, God’s reflection, and Gaia. Gaia is Mother Earth and Ann is a name for God.
God loves us all so much that she put herself into everything. In other words, God put Heaven, Beauty, and Love into every single word. (And each word contains worlds of meaning that all break down into the Union of God and Christ’s Love.)

At KEK’s suggestion, for tonight’s Message of Hope, I thought it would be fun to examine the field of “Cymatics” and how this relates to the human body.
The reason for this shall become evident in future Messages of Hope.
First, some basic background information!
Question: What is “Cymatics?”
Answer: “Cymatics is the study of how vibrations can be visually represented.”
In this field, researchers play different pitched sounds next to a modality such as water, air, or sand, and then study the shapes that these vibrations create.
What researchers have found is very interesting. They discovered that as the frequency of the vibration increased, so did the complexity, symmetry, and beauty of the shapes.
In this picture we can see the differences in the shape of sand molecules after being played a specific pitched sound.
The patterns found in cymatics research are not just isolated to these experiments alone, but can be viewed all throughout nature, in the shape of our flowers, vegetables, rock formations, and even in our bodies.
Similar in some ways, to the experiments in cymatics, is an experiment that examined the power of intentions such as the Water Crystal Experiments. In these experiments, which have since been replicated, over the course of a week, groups of people focused either negative or positive thoughts upon different containers of water, which were then frozen. At the end of the week, researchers studied the shape of the water crystals to see if there was any difference.
What they found was amazing! Intention did indeed seem to alter the patterns of the water crystals. Researchers discovered that the water people had focused positive thoughts upon, contained very beautiful, intricate, and symmetrical crystals, whereas the water people had focused negative thoughts upon, featured broken and deformed crystals.
In this picture, we can see water crystals after they had been subjected to different prayers, intentions, and music.
What does this mean? 😊
It means that the classic Beach Boys song “Good Vibrations” has it right!
Our bodies, which are made up of approximately 60 percent water, are very sensitive to our emotions, thoughts, and the music we listen to. This means to help create a harmonious state within us, we will feel happiest when we surround ourselves, as best we can, with joyful thoughts and good vibrations!

Heavy connotes a sense of weightiness, which could be interpreted as meaning that the emotions people feel in Heaven are profound and significant. And since Heaven is often described as a place of pure love and joy, it makes sense that the emotions felt there would be intense and heavy.

Well, as you know, the esoteric definition of Karma is “A Mark.”

When you recognize that everything is here to serve you and that all is full of love, your life will transform.
Rather than being frightened by painful life events, view them with curiosity. Ask yourself what have you learned from this situation that will benefit your life in the long run?
Everything in your life is a gift when you look at it in an enlightened way.
It is not only our experiences that are a gift but literally everything in our life is as well.
Everything in your physical world is a manifestation of God and is here to delight and serve you in some way.
From the mug that you drink your tasty warm beverage out of, to the music and books that you enjoy, to the minty fresh dental floss that you use to cleanse your teeth, everything in your life is a present from God to you.
When we give gratitude for the little things in life, we can develop a greater sense of satisfaction with life.
Sometimes the Divine Plan for your life will not make sense until later, but trust that it truly is here to serve you.

When we show up as our true selves, we give others the opportunity to see us for who we really are and form a deeper connection with us.
It's also important to remember that authenticity is a process, and we may stumble upon it from time to time. But as long as we keep trying, we'll get there eventually.*

Answer: Through intentional “Self-care.”

Sometimes we get so caught up in life that we forget to prioritize our own needs, but it's essential for our well-being. *
In every moment, know that you deserve happiness.
Make your Joy, your priority.
The secret to cultivating more joy into your life is to give gratitude to everything.
You can never give too much thanks!
The Spirit of Gratitude and Thanksgiving is the frequency of Unconditional Love.
When you tap into the love that is in your heart, you will see that each moment, every breath, is a gift.
The more you give gratitude to the universe, the more the universe will give you to be grateful for. 😊
