What Justice?

When all of the assholes involved just walk away scot-free ... and a fine is paid by the shareholders.

Understand, this is exactly why companies are formed. The entire legal framework for company structure is designed for this one single avoid jail card.

No one ever went to jail over these issues!

The public have no clue ... never have had a clue.

The shareholders pay the price by less than ideal returns on investment ... but they don't care as long as they make more and more money.

Under the PREP Act, companies like Pfizer and Moderna have total immunity from liability if something unintentionally goes wrong with their vaccines.

If you experience severe side effects after getting a Covid vaccine, lawyers tell CNBC there is basically no one to blame in a U.S. court of law.

The federal government has granted companies like Pfizer
and Moderna
immunity from liability if something unintentionally goes wrong with their vaccines.

“It is very rare for a blanket immunity law to be passed,” said Rogge Dunn, a Dallas labor and employment attorney. “Pharmaceutical companies typically aren’t offered much liability protection under the law.“

You also can’t sue the Food and Drug Administration for authorizing a vaccine for emergency use, nor can you hold your employer accountable if they mandate inoculation as a condition of employment.

Congress created a fund specifically to help cover lost wages and out-of-pocket medical expenses for people who have been irreparably harmed by a “covered countermeasure,” such as a vaccine. But it is difficult to use and rarely pays. Attorneys say it has compensated less than 6% of the claims filed in the last decade.

In February, Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar invoked the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act. The 2005 law empowers the HHS secretary to provide legal protection to companies making or distributing critical medical supplies, such as vaccines and treatments, unless there’s “willful misconduct” by the company. The protection lasts until 2024.

That means that for the next four years, these companies “cannot be sued for money damages in court” over injuries related to the administration or use of products to treat or protect against Covid.

🧐😳🤷

Right, now the question comes down to did they intentionally do something here. Citizen of the world versus Pfizer, lawsuit for 10 quadrillion dollars.

They new before they released this vaccine many of the MULTITUDE of issues this thing could cause as it did in testing on lab animals over and over and what much of their data said about health risks, its been proven to death this is a fact

......And they released it anyway....

I would say thats intentional

Reason number 12 zillion why anyone mandating shots or masks should be instantly thrown in prison

What a blight on not just the great nation of America, but the entire freedom loving world

I say give several people the chair over this

They need to repeat all tests that they did on animals to all the heads of Pfizer, and make it a pay per view event (free for those who lost jobs over this garbage)

Unfortunately, that will not put the genie back into the bottle.

And they will just make more money off us. Don't encourage them, we will be contestants soon enough. Me, I will never make fifteen million merits.

It's all right there for everyone to see: Lying fraudulent, criminal death-dealer Pfizer paying off compromised doctors and government officials to push their drugs and cover up for the deaths caused.

If this doesn't enrage and disgust you, you're too far gone.

I'd argue they WOULD want the cure just so they can patent it, thus preventing anyone else from using it for a long while. Then you implement the treatment of symptoms so you can milk the cow and press the lemon at the same time.

So we have means, motive, and the suspect has previous convictions.

That’s why they have to hide the crime. It’s all they have.

No vax injuries, nothing to see here.
