Those people who spin the "Satanism" thing, are usually either lying, or misinformed, and usually delusional. Remember the big "satanic cult" hysteria of the 80's and 90's. It was all false, there is not rampant Satanism anywhere, in fact there are more dangerous "Christian cults" than satanic ones, as we see with 10,000 members of the lunatic sect that just up and moved to Texas.

It only has one connection, with all force of a rotation applied in the direction of the rotation.
Two points twisted has the force spread out going backward on one point, and forward on the other the other point.

A more mundane example, take a door, put one hinge in the middle, see how quickly it will break. Now put two hinges on the door at opposing ends, door lasts for decades.

Here's another mundane example, have you ever seen a single wheeled motorized vehicle?
How about an aircraft with a wing on only one side?
Try walking around on one leg all the time, without a second support.

The only satanic star symbol I can think of is the court of satan, or circle of leviatahn. This is where the five pointed star is set so that one point is down, and a picture of a horned satan is in the star.
