Certain Influenza Viruses To Become Quantifiable Company To Get 97 million For Vaccine's

From what I’Ive read George Bush signed into law that if you have a certain type of influenza you can be quarantined. So I guess you get out after you recover from the flu?
Off to a FEMA camp for a week or three. What I find even more amazing is that a company named Sanofi Pasteur has just signed a five-year contract to supply a vaccine and in return they will get $97 million for their troubles.
