So far I have found this short twitter report:

Alledgedly spokesman of the regional department of the Terror Defense Forces "North" Vitaly Kirilov, has spotted Belarussian forces entering the Chernihiv region.

This lies on the opposite side of the Dnepr river from Chernobyl, meaning they will try and squeeze the city from two sides.

Belarusians are up to their neck in this invasion. How else they would allow Russia to invade through their "own" country.
