Colleges and Universities. Allowing a revamped social security system to hold the IPOs and manage the release of future stock issues of all our major colleges and universities. Getting both higher education and our senior's retirement funds out of the tax base but not out on a limb
with no return for their taxes already invested. This compromise makes for a more reliable future we all can depend on! A true WIN-WIN situation.
