Worth noting the Oxford-AZ one is non-profit as they all should be and they've actually lost money, around $12bn supplying it so far and a couple billion more in tracking real world spread of Cov-19 and monitoring vax effectiveness. The safety profile is superior to the others and personally think it's not been approved in US yet due to its ethical, non-profit basis

They've launched things like the vaccine knowlege project to deliver independent advice anfd info to the public on vaxs and infectious diseases in general vk.ovg.ox.ac.uk... and aren't pushing the boosters.

Moderna and Pfizer have both made around $20bn profit of coronavirus vaccines despite making and selling less dosages and put more money into PR and advertising than scientific research.

I read a while back that az are considering seperating the vaccine development from the main company and making it a not for profit entity.
