Question:

What are the Democrats going to rally around when or if Bush does what was advised today to do and that was to: Come out, in a National address, and say that they were wrong in using the 16 word sentence in the SOTU speech and then explain his reasoning for war? As far as I know, there are only two Dem. candidates that want the 'answers': Dean and Graham....the others feel as Bush does.....lets move on....

It is strikingly humorous that all 9 candidates backed Bush on this war and the WMD issue.

Just curious.

What a touching fabricated letter written by a democratic propagandist. His son may be in Baghdad, and the son may have written the letter as propaganda, as a matter of fact.

I have a letter just like that but 180 degrees out. As a matter of fact, mine, from an infantryman, says that one is a lie.

Again, as far as Bush's statement, there was no lie there that you can say definitely, what we have here is another time where you do not believe him. Your intense hatred for Bush and republicans and a total and intense drive to discredit anything stated by them makes you totally unreliable. You have no idea that you have discredited your own testimony? Gee, I can't believe that a rational adult would have trouble understanding that a man eaten up with an unhealthy anger would be seen as one who might possibly be tainted.

I'm trying to get a discussion going about Government, not a debate about what it's doing or so forth, though what it is doing will be brought forth as references and such to see how it's adhering to the constitution.

But so that we can all better learn the complete workings of US Government and the State Governments.

Right now it seems we'll be discussing budgeting and who has the authority to budget what...and what programs are being budgeted that step out of bounds if any.

Would you like to share comments about where, how and what the US government and even state governments can budget?

The Trillion dollar "Budget" is the average tax revenue that comes annually, to the United States. Has nothing to do with the "Surplus."
