Say a Photon is moving twoards a black hole. It would have to pass the speed of light in order not to be visible. Also when we are talking about the speed of something you have to include the fact that two forces of gravity are working with each other. As you get sucked in the gravity from your body would make you move faster due to the fact it is pulling on the black hole at the same time. Also I would NOT suggest testing any of these Theroys.
