Is this a way of forcing everyone to take the COVID vaccines, creating two classes of people, where only one class is allowed to travel? Is this a way of the globalists saying "-Submit to our authoritarian rule or stay at home for the rest of your life? "
Is this more globalist plans to infringe on your liberties, or is this great news to protect humanity against COVID - what is your opinion?
What does forcing people to take vaccines mean for our society? Is this more globalist totalitarianism slowly being enforced on us, or should the governments and airlines be commended for taking care of us and protecting us from viruses? Would you like to decide for yourself if you and your children take vaccines or should the government decide what to inject into your own and your children's body?

If the governments starts to impose this kind of travel control then what is their next step? Perhaps you in the future must provide a proof of vaccination to travel domestically, like when you want to enter cities or cross state borders, or even public places like entering malls etc? Is it a good move controlling where potentially disease-ridden people are travelling, or should the governments mind their own business?

Honestly, to me this all reads like a bad copy of George Orwell´s book "1984."

A border entry or re-entry requirement for proof of vaccinations like they have implemented as a policy in Australia (see quote in OP) would also include driving or walking across the border, Australia is surrounded by water so they´re a bit special case but other countries have land borders and if they have similar COVID policies it won´t work just driving or walking across the border.
