MANILA, Philippines Mar 14, 2005 — Muslim-extremist inmates accused of committing some of the Philippines' worst terrorist attacks agreed to
surrender Monday after a botched jailbreak left five people dead, including three guards, but the deal broke down when the inmates demanded food,

Well, glad to see they are doing something with the terrorists in the country, but now what? With the terrorists attempting to surrender but on
certain terms, what can the Phillipine Government do? With 5 dead already they need to do something that keeps other being killed and do it soon.
Why food was a "deal breaker" I don't know, but it may be an attempt to starve them out.
