SO a bill that was introduced in may (it is now June) is evidence that Gates received 100 Bn 6 months before the virus was known for contact tracing? If I had blown off most of my fingers I could still count how many months ago this was, and how long after the virus was known that the bill went into Congress.

I'm not saying that Gates didn't get the money or that he did, what I am saying is that this isn't evidence of any transaction of it.

He couldn't have since the bill never passed or was signed into law.

you left off the "what I am saying is that this isn't evidence of any transaction of it."

Maybe Gates got the money some other way, but this bill is not evidence of it. Also shouldn't have this been tossed into the HOAX Bin?

Is no one reading the bill?
Or am I reading it wrong?

Introduced in House (05/01/2020)

And hasn't gone any further.
So this is not what the op claims.

Apparently not. It never went anywhere, particularly to Bill Gates.
