You agree we really don't know but we shut down the economy anyway? You don't destroy 10 millions people's ability to earn a living and cast people in poverty for a hunch or maybe.

No one asked me if they should shut down the city, the county, the state, the nation or the global community. None of this was my idea, and I was just as shocked as anyone when it all went down.

In my opinion the numbers are probably way higher, not somewhat lower because some guy really died of cancer, not Covid 19. We weren't testing until mid March, people were being turned away from hospitals and clinics and a lot of people didn't even know what they had, and this disease escalates super fast.

I guess we will see (hopefully) but in my honest opinion, if they stop counting all the people who die (if testing positive) for what ever reason, the death toll will drop dramatically.

The number of Flu deaths in certain states mysteriously plummeted in March at the same time (you guessed it!) Covid-19 deaths in those states were skyrocketing.

New York has even gone back to more than 4,700 death certificates and reclassified those deaths as caused by COVID-19.

You think relatives were notified of this? Probably not, since Cuomo/DeBlasio want huge $$$$ from U.S. taxpayers, and money trumps everything, with those 2 corrupt politicians.

That article about dying at home was pre-COVID. I read the stages people go through before dying of COVID - very few would not sick medical treatment from a hospital at least one or two days before.

Hospitals are reporting everything as covid 19 because the bill gets paid by the government.

I dunno, I dont think thats happening.

Corona Virus seems to attack any organ thats weak, damaged or vulnerable.
It leaves specific tell tale signs like clotting, gang green, heavy flooded lungs that doctors are reporting..

Covid seems to cause major issues in organs that end in death...

ie, a blood clot in the brains what killed patient x... but the virus caused the blood clot - kind of thing

You’re so willfully ignorant. Are you just a troll or are you truly incapable of logical thought? The numbers mater they are the metric we have used to measure the threat of this virus with. If they are off by 20,000 that’s nearly a third of the total deaths.

Which once again makes this the same threat level as our annual flu season...

You don’t think having accurate data truly matters here? What’s it matter, people are dying? It matters how many people and which people are dying to the people who want to not be under the boot of the government. If only 10,000 people died you can you justify our response? The amount of unintended deaths, and human suffering caused from this response is weighed against the alternative. You suggest not making informed decisions.
