So every now and then I have to remember to weed out my U2U's as my quota approaches (I know I could just buy more, but) and I suppose that is the point to keep unecessary space from being wasted. However, what does happen when the quota is full?

Do you stop getting new ones till you clear them, do they automatically clear off and you lose your chance to save ones you want, or do they recycle off the old ones?

You should get a message saying you are full and it will reject both messages going in and out if your quota is full.
