How would that work? Bernie's won 896 delegates and Biden's won 1201.

Cuomo has won 0.

Are people suggesting that Biden's delegates would just be gifted to Cuomo even though no one has cast a vote for him?

Hmmm...the DNC did gift Obama with delegates won by Hillary, in 2008...maybe people are used to the party defiling their votes.
