Don't eat canned food.

There, that wasn't so hard.

Peace

Mmmmmmmmmm ! Shavings !

Probably not as bad for you as that black gunk that builds-up, in the hard to clean areas of the confounded 'lectric openers.

That is a good post. You provided documentation to support proven observations. Thank you for the information concerning metal in the stomach. It is, actually, comforting to know. And now we can look at the poly-carbons in the sprayed in inner linings.

The metal may dissolve but it is still in your system..... now it is easier for the body to get the metal into the blood stream.

The metal has not been removed by the acid in the stomach.

Do people suffer from toxic levels of iron from eating cereal?

What is the toxic component of “can metal”?

Iron poisoning

Toxic dose
The amount of iron ingested may give a clue to potential toxicity. The therapeutic dose for iron deficiency anemia is 3–6 mg/kg/day. Toxic effects begin to occur at doses above 10–20 mg/kg of elemental iron. Ingestions of more than 50 mg/kg of elemental iron are associated with severe toxicity.[9]

A 325-mg tablet of ferrous sulfate heptahydrate has 65 mg (20%) of elemental iron
A 325-mg tablet of ferrous gluconate has 39 mg (12%) of elemental iron
A 325-mg tablet of ferrous fumarate has 107.25 mg (33%) of elemental iron
200 mg ferrous sulfate, dried, has 65 mg (33%) of elemental iron
In terms of blood values, iron levels above 350–500 μg/dL are considered toxic, and levels over 1000 μg/dL indicate severe iron poisoning.[10]

More than that.

No because they don't put other chemicals in can containers in Cereal. Cereal doesn't have enough metal to kill you. There are kids that eat cereal every for breakfast, lunch and dinner(seen on youtube). They are just fine.

Why iron??
Many people are iron deficient.... but not aluminium deficient or other unnamed metals that are in cans.

Last time I checked, magnets pickup cans used in canned food. Which means? Are you saying can food uses steel aluminum alloys?

Hahahahahahahaha

What difference is it if your getting iron from steel fillings you can see from steel dust from a steel can vs the iron filings you can see from cereal?

Steel is mostly iron and some carbon?
