Didn't 'realize so many. Most are democracies.

Is that all;

According to WP, 72 times during the Cold War alone.

www.washingtonpost.com...

Most U.S. “secret wars” were against other democratic states.

Where next? Nowadays it looks like overthrowing entire regions (like was done before its founding) so maybe an entire continent next. Africa?

Most were not democracies. The Cold War was an interesting time for the world. The Soviet Union attempted to destabilise and take over more than this as the rest of West was in their sights, not just the countries on the margins and "un-aligned".

It is because its US turn to be overthrown through Democracy. The current scapegoat is China right now. China already changed and will continue to slowly change. No overthrowing needed. Slow and steady will win the race.

Seems a bit off to me so I picked one that caught my eye.

Portugal 1974-76 *

That would be the Carnation Revolution.

Date 25 April 1974; 45 years ago
Location Portugal
Caused by

Repression of civil liberties, political freedom, and freedom of speech
Increase in anti-colonialism, military expenditure, and international isolation

Methods Coup d'état, nonviolent revolution
Resulted in Beginning of the Portuguese transition to democracy; end of the Portuguese Colonial War and independence of Angola, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, and São Tomé e Príncipe; and the Indonesian invasion of East Timor.

If the others claimed in that list are anything like that claim, perhaps some history books are in order.

I see the site is there to promote the sale of William Blum's anti-American books. No bias in this I guess.

The winner has their language and religion spread across the world.

Under Obama muslims stepped it up big time and strategically placed themselves in important places across the world which was nothing but a coordinated move.

Must have took millions and a lot of effort

Yugoslavia 1999-2000 *

I can confirm this did not happen. Yugoslavia broke apart unofficially when the war started 1990, which was primarily initiated by Slovenia and Croatia wanting to be independent. While there was no overthrowing of Yugoslav govt, the US was kinda encouraging Slovenia and Croatia to break away from the Yugoslavia, by offering...money, which we gladly accepted.

After Croatia and Slovenia broke away by 1994, the rest of the Yugoslavia started to cave in, because now all other states wanted out too. The US did not overthrow anything. They were sponsoring a side, like so many other states do.

Did I miss Bolivia on your list?

The US supported the 1971 coup in Bolivia because Nixon was concerned that Bolivian President Juan José Torres was taking Bolivia in the direction of Marxism by convening an "Asamblea del Pueblo" (Assembly of the People) (Richard Nixon accused Chile's Salvador Allende of seeking to turn Chile into another Cuba by aligning Chile with the USSR, which is why Allende was toppled and Pinochet installed in power).

The US war with Iraq in 1991 only focused on evicting the Iraqi Army from Kuwait, not overthrowing Saddam. Also note that the CIA stopped all attempts at regime change in Cuba by 1966 due to Fidel Castro's staggering popularity with the rural masses. Cuban exile militants Orlando Bosch and Luis Posada Carriles, who had worked for the CIA in the 1960s, masterminded the destruction of Cubana Flight 455, and even though it's clear from declassified CIA documents that the CIA knew of Posada and Bosch's plans for the destruction of Cubana Flight 455, it is unclear whether the CIA remained passive in face of that planned scheme.
