a YouTube channel telling tales between the lines

I came across a YouTube channel called Dust.

They have sci-fi short movies that at times tell some very profound stories, if you can see the deeper meaning.

One that opened a can of worms for me was this one, called space girls, it's 9min, if you can spend them I would like to hear your thoughts.



I see many parables to the world we are trying to grasp and the players involved in its creation.

What do you see?

You certainly outdo yourself on the imagination part.

Came across this channel a few days ago too, I think YouTube just started promoting it more than they have in the past. They do make some really cool short movies, I've only watched a few but my favorite so far is titled simply "FTL". The CGI in this short film is higher quality than most modern Hollywood films. This short really got my imagination going since I've been writing a lot recently about warp drives and worm holes, and other stuff like that.

Ok I just watched Space Girls and it's becoming clearer why YouTube has started promoting this channel lol. The theme seemed to be female empowerment, not that that's a bad thing, it was done in a tasteful way. Probably not the best short film they've made imo, but I enjoyed it for what it was. Here's a couple more of their space themed short films I thought were fairly well done:

I saw the 2nd Lego move according to my son..but I don't remember much. That's what he told me anyways...when i asked him if I'd seen that one.

I would describe it as cocky...

1 and 2 were quite different from the vibe I got. Have to rewatch it and will elaborate. I remember they triggered some important thoughts, i didn't write down in the moment.
