Sgrena contradicts the US: the car wasn't speeding

What tightens my colon is that everything she says is taken as the Gospel. OBVIOUSLY, she must not be lying and the mean Americans screwed up.

First of all, this is under investigation by the US military. With the spot light on them, I'm willing to bet it will be indepth. Since that is the case, the military doesn't discuss anything that's part of an on-going investigation.

A good point is after the US POWs were released by Iraq (the truck drivers that were rolled up near Najaf with Jessica Lynch) they were being interviewed. One had started to mention being beaten, and was told to stop by another fellow POW since it was under investigation.
