You could easily walk around in 100mph winds, just with zero visibility because of the extremely fine dust, so you'd need something as simple as lit posts with guy lines between them to follow.

The dust would also cover everything and need cleaning, but even something as light as a hanging fabric guyline could only move slightly in the fastest martian winds.
