The 12 year thing is that AOC can run in 2024, would be inaugurated in 2025, 12 years from 2019 would be 2031 which would be her 6th year or exactly when she would become a lame duck president...she ain’t gonna be no lame duck even if she has to take the whole world out to prevent it.
