It's a nebulous term for the intellectually challenged to use when they don't know what they are talking about.

The CFR, Trilateral Commission, Bilderberger members are a good example of the deep state. Their cronies in the FED and government all have unseen handlers. The IMF is also a big part of the problem along with the UN. The UN is the visible political arm of the globally connected deep state, they use a top down (national level) approach and a bottom up approach using iclei to manipulate municipalities, counties and townships.

The Establishment are all in cahoots. They do a good job of protecting each other. It's just that the Democrats have a more effective machine for purging the non-compliant from their ranks is all.
