Must make them feel like real tough guys, picking on a bunch of unarmed regular husbands and wives, sons and daughters. Heck, the yellow vests still aren't backing down in spite of Macron's overwhelming fire superiority.

As they always say, we all bleed. Supplies and weapons can be procured, supply stashes raided and defections voluminous. How many times in history now has "the little guy" AKA the vastly "inferior" fighting force ended up using tactics to compensate for logistics and winning? No government force on Earth can hold a candle to even the smallest of populations - especially on a national scale. Sure, in a toe-to-toe fight they'd probably lose (although the propaganda victory would be larger than life) but only idiots would fight that way. Man, what a dream. Both sides of regular citizens coming together to fight the greater evil, the politicians who pretend to take the different sides of the citizen's issues and then use it against us.

I have a felling that if we were able to put aside our differences to remove the oligarchy scum, we would be able to work together and create something enduring that would serve everyone. Maybe even have justice and honor within the framework.

I even am naive enough to believe we have the framework already available to use, our constitution and bill of rights. We could also take the very good examples of how we have been raped by the oligarchy and come up with additional safeguards.

Passing legislation to enact a tax on income without equal apportionment to the States was one of the first steps to where we are now. That and the time we let Fed Reserve bankers create new laws and then lobby to exempt themselves from those same laws. Or even the time our population tolerated having personal items of value confiscated without due process by government

Maybe for a simple start we can reinstate the original 13th amendment, that was lawfully ratified, stating no politician can hold a title of nobility (ie no lawyers for a start). It is curious that it took the burning of the white house to disappear that one and have it swiftly replaced with what we have now.

The OPs source is confused as to what a D Notice is. It is a voluntary delay in reporting for rare reasons of national security et al. It is not an instruction to misreport. In fact, the media abide by D Notices because they are rare and sensible. I cannot see the media abiding by instructions.

Even if D notices still existed, that's not how they worked.

A D notice was a non-binding request for news editors to spike a story in the interests of national security.

It was never a gagging order.

Anything like a gagging order can only be imposed by a court. It can then be reported on without any specifics.

So, in short, a little reflection shows truthseeker is looking in the wrong place.

Some policeman turned in and explained there were following order in witch had to respond with extreme prejudice, as a fact hundreds of people lost their eyes, their hands, even some war reporters who are used to this got badly hurt during the manifestation.
