I haven't heard that Billy Joel song in ages. Back in the early 90s I didn't have a freakin clue what in hell he was talking about but, now holy war mongers.
Note in the video @ 1:36, thats a Davy Crockett firing which is a tactical nuclear recoilless gun for firing the M-388 nuclear projectile. Active during cold war era.
Now realize he was naming off all the corrupt elitists and all the wars we peasants have to fight for them. A modern day song like that would be like 3 hrs long today.
Wow, Billy Joel genius just got bumped way up near the top of my hit list.

Christopher Cross - Ride Like The Wind (1980)

Buffalo Springfield - For What It's Worth (1967)
This is the band where Neil Young got his start.
Some interesting history bytes behind the song.

Yes, I never really knew WTH he was talking about until recently. Funny how you can hear a song 100 times, and then on listen 101 you get it

I believe it's an actual horn section. Not typical at all for them they're old school Irish punks.

Now here's something that will make you believe in miracles

Nah, I can only take ICP in small doses - strictly comic relief. My interest in rap pretty much begins and ends with the Beasties

I have always been a rebel when it comes to music selection. I don't care for love ballads. As Buddha stated, life is SUFFERING. I want to FEEL THE PAIN. Q.

From Montreal, Quebec, Canada, I give you 'KATAKLYSM'.

How about Dragon Ritual Drummers, have you heard of them?

I performed as a drummer with them back about a decade ago.

From St. Catherines, Ontario, Canada.
