Why do the "tracks' also seem to have few holes to many in them compared the to numbers of holes in close proximity to the 'tracks?'

If I'm understanding what you're referring to those 'track marks' are different levels of the crater wall caused by the way it was created. Zoom in close, both the level and sloping areas are pock marked by other impact craters, and any apparent differences between them are likely to be down to lighting that any preferential bombardment. That said there is a conceivable explanation as to why a slope could be less cratered, and that is because a flat area is open to impacts from all directions while a sloping area is not.

Go look on the LRO map, or the Chinese images, or any of the many other image sources for it. You'll need to do some counting to prove that slopes are less cratered than flat areas!

First of all it's not the dark side of the moon as it gets sunlight like any other part. Secondly because those buildings don't exist. Stop listening to crackpots that SHOW NO EVIDENCE and believing them on face value.

Occam would tell you they didn't do it because their are no towers on the moon.
