Is the world on the decline of births vs death

I think with all this immigration going on around the world, this is a fact, some body of power is trying save the balance of birth of mankind.
Even in Japan here, the birth rate is terrible and going down to it takes 2 to make a living in this country.
Wrong that the wife has to take on a job.
That is a fact.
Children won't even bond toward their parents in the future
I see it now already with all the homeless in Osaka, Japan
No hope for a peaceful intergration of kindness of family bond now
Life is too "its for me"
Parents, grab your kids and lead them that it is family that counts, not the iphone crap on it

Maybe men don't know who men are and woman don't know who woman are with so many loony tune titles. And they don't trust each other anymore. Normal unions have devolved into anything but normal. Don't worry, Mexico, Catholics, Mormons and those in India will keep the score high enough. Their prolific.

When the world is down to 1-2 billion folks we can start to worry about the population decline. Until then this is good for all of us if there are less people through a natural process and not some NWO sicko.

The Muslims, Latinx, Africans & Indians have extremely high birthrates. Its societies where higher education/personal business life outweighs family life which have lower birthrates. Most people in the world have kids when they're young but selfish western values have made it so most women want to have higher education & become successful in academic/business worlds before they have kids. These types of women wait until they're in their late 30s/early 40s to have kids, when they are less fertile & may have more medical complications & more unhealthy babies. Also, generally lower IQ people will have far more children than higher IQ people. This leaves the Japanese, as well as, Jewish & European whites to have lower birthrates & decreased population sizes. When it comes to birthrates lower IQ people are smarter because they don't worry about the consequences of having multiple babies when they are poor. Financial & medical aid helps exasperate the low IQ people's birthrates as well. R/K selection theory helps explain this phenomenon.
