International Criminal Court: Saif Gaddafi, Mahmoud Al-Werfalli must surrender

Bensouda told the Security Council that ending impunity of fugitives is very vital for the security situation in Libya. “Surrendering fugitives to the ICC is very challenging. There can be no justice made to the victims until the criminals are surrendered to the court.” She remarked.

Fatou Bensouda requested the UN Security Council to help urge Libyan authorities apprehend and surrender Saif Al-Islam Gaddafi - son of Moamar Gaddafi- and the commander of Saiqa Force of Haftar-led forces Mahmoud Al-Werfalli, as well as former head of Gaddafi’s Interior Security Agency Al-Tuhamy Khalid.

The International kangaroo court ICC is demanding that Libya surrenders Saif Gaddafi, Mahmoud in order to for Libyan security situation to be improved?

The only crime Saif Gaddafi has committed is fighting Islamist Libyan Rebels which the Western countries had armed Jihadists and these Jihadists are the groups in power across Libya.

Do You think that the International kangaroo court ICC would even care on demanding to improve security situation on the ground by defeating them? unfortunately no.

Saif Gaddafi knew to much of America/Western plans so now they want to arrest him and eliminate while his in prison.

Saif Al-Islam Gaddafi, the son of the dictator is wanted by the ICC for crimes against humanity. His crimes were committed in 2011 when people protesting his father's regime were killed and imprisoned, and for which he had involvement.

On 27 June 2011, Pre - Trial Chamber I granted the Prosecutor’s request and issued three warrants of arrest for these three individuals. More invented rubbish to justify what happened in Libya.
Name a country that HASN'T committed crimes against humanity!
This persistent interference in other country's affairs causes more problems that it solves
I wonder how Western countries would like the same treatment as they give others? With their attitude of "oh we don't like him or how he's running his country therefore we'll remove him, destroy the country and re-build it in our image coz we know best"
Wrong

The report says: “We have seen no evidence that the UK government carried out a proper analysis of the nature of the rebellion in Libya. It may be that the UK government was unable to analyse the nature of the rebellion in Libya due to incomplete intelligence and insufficient institutional insight, and that it was caught up in events as they developed.

A further insight into French motivations was provided in a freedom of information disclosure by the United States State Department in December 2015. On 2 April 2011, Sidney Blumenthal, adviser and unofficial intelligence analyst to the then United States Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, reported this conversation with French intelligence officers to the Secretary of State:

According to these individuals Sarkozy’s plans are driven by the following issues:

a. A desire to gain a greater share of Libya oil production,
b. Increase French influence in North Africa,
c. Improve his internal political situation in France,
d. Provide the French military with an opportunity to reassert its position in the world,
e. Address the concern of his advisors over Qaddafi’s long term plans to supplant France as the dominant power in Francophone Africa.46

So basically the Western Countries including France wanted Libya to be a vessel state. Seeing the as the dominant power in the region.

Gaddafi killing civilians was a rhetoric and lie by these nutcase western leaders whom are stuck in the 1800 century mindset.
